I do not own a sound machine, but what really calms me down is just think about Bonaire the island in the Caribbean I grew up on. Even if I am at the dentist which makes me nervous when I have to visualize I go right to the beach there is something about the water that makes me peaceful. I am heading over to the blog cause who knows I might win:) Your pictures are so beautiful, I admire your talent. Happy Thanksgiving.
