I'll admit it, I stare into people's windows in New York. Depending on the neighborhood, and if the shades are wide open or drawn (although typically wide open since we New Yorkers tend to be a bit exhibitionist), you can really get a good look at the style of someone's home. In a recent project entitled Windows of New York, artist José Guizar expresses his personal obsession by creating charming, colorful illustrations of our city - or more specifically, the windows of our city that have caught his eye. He says "this project is part an ode to architecture and part a self-challenge to never stop looking up" As someone who has is obsessed with looking up and taking photos of this city, I can totally relate.
