Hey New Yorkers! I'm having a party on Thursday, January 26th and you're invited!
I'm so excited to invite you to join me to celebrate an exhibit featuring a collection of my black and white photography on Thursday, January 26th from 6pm to 8pm at The Bari Studio in Tribeca.
If you're in New York, please stop by to have a glass of wine and say hello! The Bari Studio is located at 23 Leonard Street between Hudson and West Broadway. I would be delighted to see you there!
Head over to Facebook to check out the invite and to learn more about this show which will be open until mid-March.
These photos are a small peek but I really hope to see you there!
Here's a statement about the work:
I take photographs because I love to hold on to memories. Black and white photography represents the notion of nostalgia, emotion, past and future. Whether with humor, empathy or just taking the time to stop and look, the simple, strange and often random instances that we find in life are worth exploring. My photographs are illustrations of moments that are familiar but unexpected. In shades of black and white these moments are timeless and ask you to look beyond the surface to what lies beneath them.
And don't forget to check out my website.
