Black and White and Rainy All Over
I got stuck in the rain three times this week. I was soaking wet and freezing, not to mention frustrated. To top it off I didn't have my camera because I was out running errands and I only had a short amount of time between appointments. Once I got back home and dried up I settled in to work and remembered that there was a time when the rain didn't annoy me so much. Granted I was indoors and looking out the window at the torrential downpour that wouldn't quit but I remembered that I wasn't always in such a rush and in such a time crunch. It was a reminder to live in the moment and not always thinking of what is coming next on my always-growing to-do list.
I went back to my archives and inspired by yesterday's post I played around with these photos and turned them into something that (I think) is cool and fun to look at. And when I look at them I don't think about being cold and wet (and pissed). I just remember that I was having a great time taking them.
