Remember the little challenge I gave myself a couple of weeks ago? I went out to run some errands and as always, I took my camera. But, much to my dismay my memory card only had 14 files left on it! Yes I was annoyed but then in an effort to turn lemons into limoncello I decided that I would push myself to shoot just those 14 files, no deleting, to see if I could work on my editing skills. After all, once upon a time I only shot film so if I ran out, that was that.
Here's what I came up with when I found myself walking down one pretty block (62nd and Lexington) on a random weekday afternoon. Not exactly Pulitzer Prize winning photos but oh well...this is an exercise in self-control, learning to look at things more closely and working with what you've got.
