What an incredible weekend. Surprisingly I didn't take my camera out much...not even my iPhone. We were really in the moment and desperately needed to disconnect and unwind. That's exactly what we did. We went for a long walk Friday and then my mom picked the baby and me up so we could spend the night at my parents' house. We came back to the city on Saturday and discovered that 24 hours was the perfect amount of time to unwind and reboot. We had a very lazy, rainy Sunday and I had a girls night out with two of my most favorite and oldest friends. Finally, we had the most amazing weather for our fourth of July barbeque in our new home on Monday with friends and family.
Today I'm feeling tired but completely satisfied with our beautiful weekend.
What about you?
