Yesterday I went to the Independent Fashion Bloggers Conference at Milk Studios and it was chock full of fabulousness. Super chic, stylish and smart bloggers and fashionistas were out in full force. I was completely over-stimulated by all the sartorial creativity - it was a feast for my lens.
The fashion blogging community is so generous. For all the nightmare stories we all hear about the industry, the blogging community is surprisingly and refreshingly honest, open and willing to help their fellow bloggers. The energy at the event was so positive - it really is an exciting time for the fashion blogger - now more than ever bloggers are influencing fashion and style and it is so exciting. A lot of what was covered in the panels, particularly building relationships with brands and other bloggers, can apply to any type of blog and as a photography, art and lifestlye blogger this was not lost on me at all. If you want to read about the panels or learn more about the event you can click here.
Here are some photos that I shot for IFB. Check out Independent Fashion Bloggers to see more.
