Do You Photojojo?

Do you know Photojojo? No?! Well, then you're missing out! They "find the best photo shizz anywhere"! I kid you not.

I subscribe to their newsletter and it's pretty great because I learn about so many fabulous photo projects and events (many of which I've shared here on my blog). Also, there's a forum for all of your random photography questions. And, I receive twice monthly photo capsules from them. What are photo capsules? They're like digital time capsules for images that I posted to my Flickr account one year ago. I love getting these updates in my inbox - they take me back to where I was 12 months ago and remind me of how much farther I've come and of all the possible places that I could go in the future.

For all you photography-shop-a-holics, there's a fun store that sells only the most awesome gifts and gear for photographers. Who doesn't need a dreamy Diana lens for their SLR or a level camera cube or double-shot split-frame camera. Hello?! Do you see what you're missing?!

Best of all, this goodness is free! Sign up now, my friends! Even if you don't have a Flickr account (if you don't have one by now you really need one) for the time capsule, you can still enjoy everything else this awesome site has to offer.

Do it. You'll like it.

Here's a selection of images from my personal time capsule from Photojojo for December 8th to December 22nd. Remember my trip to Paris last winter? I do. I'm sitting in my office right now instead of eating croissant at a cafe but these photos, merci a Photojojo, take me back. Le sigh...

ok my darling. two things:

a) your photos of paris are stunning and timeless in a quiet, precise kind of way. they are *magnificent*

b) i just ordered two of those diana lenses. one for my sister, a nikon girl, and one for yours truly, for her canon. how can i even thank you enough? seriously?! GREAT share, my dear!

big hugs and thanx.

I'll have to give it a shot, sounds like fun! :) Love your Paris pictures, as always and I am afraid to sign up for Flickr because then I will be addicted to both blogging and Flickr, what's a girl to do? Ha ha.
