I recently backed up my computer and I learned that there are over 12,000 images on my external hard drive. Most of them, like these, have never been shared...I suppose it's better late than never. These are from a weekend on Ditch Plains in Montauk back in August when Hurricane Bill was pounding the east coast. Swimming wasn't permitted on the beach but these guys somehow managed to make it out there.

oh, i would sure rather be at the beach than cleaning my apartment like a crazy woman! oh, to dip in those cool waves right now, preferably when a hurricane was not approaching. wah. i wish. :)
