It snowed A LOT last week. In fact, it's been snowing a lot in NYC all winter. It looks pretty for about an hour. After that it turns gray and muddy and gross. I happened to be out and about last week while it was coming down. This was on a side street on the Upper East Side and by the stillness and quiet of the lovely block where I was walking, I almost forgot that I was in Manhattan.

I heart New York.
Happy Friday!

Wow, wow, wow. I really love the third image, it has such a merry feel to it, and somehow just warms the heart! I usually check your blog through google reader but when i came to your actual site now to leave a comment, i was struck by how stunning your banner photo is! Your work continues to inspire me, keep it up! :)
oops i mean the fourth image - the ornament self-image reflection one. love it.
Moni! How did you capture that little bird like that?! Oh, I have so much to learn from you. I can't believe how much it has been snowing in NYC. It's almost like that dry spell of one snowfall per winter never happened...remember that?...it lasted a good five years, if I remember correctly. Anyway, I'm babbling. Love the details;)
So so so gorgeous! You see everything SO pretty!

I love the fourth shot of you and the ornament!
Gorgeous shots. I love the fence spindle. And your new header is a beauty.
The first one sent me to heaven! Perfection! You are so talented chica!
I think I love the third one ..they're all beauties but that third one makes me take big deep breath and relaxes me :)
These shots actually made my heart skip a few beats. It's so easy to get annoyed by the snow, but these images are just pure pretty.
